LOG IN THEN ADD YOUR KM! This Go-Board has a maximum limit of 100 km. If you aim to exceed 100 km this month, you may enter your kilometres here then continue to add to your yearly Go-Board! Use this Go-Board to track your progress for the month and enjoy some friendly competition during February!

1. Setting smaller goals throughout the year may help keep you on track toward your yearly goal.
2. Running, walking, or cycling 100 km in one month will help burn calories, aiding in weight loss or maintenance. Physical activity releases endorphins, reducing stress, anxiety, and depression and enhancing overall mood.
