The Running Challenge

The Great Canadian Running Challenge began in 2018 with the primary goal of encouraging more Canadians to get out and run! This challenge invites runners of all ages to set achievable goals and persevere to reach them. If you love to run, this challenge is perfect for you! Whether you run outdoors or on a treadmill at home, running has numerous benefits for both your physical and mental well-being. Set your goals high and don’t let excuses stand in your way!
